It comes with a 5” backlit display to view your stats and progress; easily keep abreast of your heart rate, calorie burn, mileage and speed. Compared to other machines with larger touch screens this may seem a little plain but it gives all the essentials needed to monitor your workouts and goals.

Twenty-two on-board workouts are also enough to increase your fitness levels; but if you need a little more variety the iFit Coach app will give you access to an abundance of on-demand trainer-led workouts. It would be hard-pressed to get bored with the hundreds of possible choices. However the iFit app is a paid subscription.

The motor power is 2.75 CHP Mach Z : strong and sturdy, but only for walking.

With a walking treadmill the incline becomes very important for adding resistance and for cardiovascular improvement and muscle sculpting.
