A: For the TC200, the max distance from the floor is 17″, so for some extra headroom, I would recommend adding about 20″ to your height to make sure your ceiling is tall enough. For the TC100, add about 17″ to your height.
Q: Do the treadles move up and down on their own?
A: The up and down movement of the treadles requires action on the part of the user.
Q: What if I want to run or do interval training?
A: If you’re already into running but are looking for a zero-impact workout like the TreadClimber, Bowflex designed another machine called the Max Trainer that’s better for faster-paced interval training.
Q: How does the warranty work? What if something breaks?
A: The warranty is full-coverage, meaning anything that happens to the machine can be fixed free of charge (within reason of course; you can’t take a baseball bat to it and get it replaced :)). I’ve called in about an issue once in the past, and their support team walked me through a potential fix over the phone. When that didn’t do the trick, they sent a replacement part and helped me install it. They were very helpful. The warranty lasts 2 years for the TC100, and 3 years for the TC200. Beyond that, you can order replacement parts, and the resale value is very high if you decide to sell it and replace it with a newer model years down the road.
Q: Is there a money-back guarantee?
