Workout Programs

The Precor EFX 447 has the most workout programming of any elliptical in its series. First, the menu has 40 preset programs. Each has three skill categories each (beginner, intermediate and advanced). Second, the computer can suggest a program based on your user profile and specified goals. Third, each user can save four new programs each.
