Introduction
The Yowza Captiva features many of the conventional features of trainers in the 21st century (cooling fan, iPod dock, LCD display), but also does some really special things when it comes to the actual workout experience.
This unique elliptical is capable of reaching an incline of 50 percent which is the best in the industry. Users familiar with other Yowza ellipticals also get the Cardio Core upper body motion and Sure-Fit self pivoting pedals.
If that is not enough, the Yowza Captiva also sports a variable stride length (18 to 28 inches) so it can support anyone from tall to short, skinny to oversized.
Workout Programs
The Yowza Captiva features 12 preset programs including 9 user memory profiles.
If you share the elliptical with other household members, the individual profiles allow you to store weight, height and gender for a customized workout routine.
Workout programs include: Target Time, Target Distance, Endurance, Core Interval resistance, Target Calories, Watts Control Program and more.
The Heart Rate Control (HRC) program controls resistance to keep users in a specified heart rate range. The wireless heart rate belt (included with purchase) keeps you within a specified range and those readouts are available courtesy of the LCD display.
