    Got A VERTCAL climber mid Feb. .it took me 2 weeks to be able and di 3o minutes no stop. I do it 4 Times a week and everybody can era the change in my body. I used to have an elliptical machine years ago, but this work much better and you hey results quickly.

    What do you think about the Best Fitness BFMC10 Mountain Climber? It was "Amazon's Choice," but there was only one review on it, The reviewer thought that it was better quality than the MaxiClimber, although the angle of the MaxiClimber was better on the knees. Can climbing machines cause pressure on the knees? Would the angle really matter? Which is better to work out the muscles, a more vertical climber or a more angled climber?

    I have used many different forms of exercise over the years, now at 72yrs old I've finally got a machine in the maxi climber which is absolutely bang on, being fanatical exerciser I'm apt to experiment, I wear a weighted vest on some of my maxi climber workouts, and believe me I'm getting great muscular as well as aerobic results.

      Hi there! Not sure which line you're referring to here. We say, "Your metabolism increases, burning more calories in less time than traditional machines, like everyone’s go-to, the treadmill." Vertical climbers can burn more calories than treadmills and exercise bikes. If calorie burn is what you're after, we'd say this equipment is better than bikes, treadmills, and ellipticals.

          Hi Genesis, The vertical climber does work your back, so it should help with reducing back fat. It probably won't work just on its own -- you'll want to combine some other exercises that target back fat for best results.
