Workout Programs

The Precor Precision Series TRM 445 has 23 preset workouts plus manual mode to help you train efficiently. The menu includes six interval training programs plus Rolling Hills, Mountain Peaks, Heart Rate Cardio, Aerobic, Aerobic Plus, Fat Burner, Heart Rate, Fat Burn, Heart Rate Zone, Glute Toner, Glute Toner Plus, Leg Sculpt, Leg Sculpt Plus, 1 Mile, 5K, 10K and Fitness Test.

Twenty-seven workout metrics can be shown on the 7″ screen: Time Remaining, Time Elapsed, Segment Time, Finish Time, Total Distance, Elevation Gain, Distance Remaining, Pace, Average Pace, Average Speed, Calories, Calories/Min, Calories/Hr, METs, Watts, Current HR, Current Zone, Average HR, Max HR, Target HR, Time in Zone, Incline, Speed and Percent Complete. Precor TRM 445 Features

Make the most of every minute training. For speedier calorie burn and muscle toning, this Precor treadmill has a power ramp with -2% to 15% range. Control the angle as you exercise or follow a preset program for automated simulations of uphill and downhill training.

The Precor TRM 245 supports four user profiles. Some benefits of having a profile include receiving personalized workout suggestions, the ability to retrieve favorite and recent workouts, and getting more accurate calorie burn data. Users can also get automated data tracking with the Preva wireless app.
