The Precor TRM 211 offers a lot in terms of high quality basics. Still, it’s basic for a Precor treadmill. Higher models in the Energy Series (the TRM 223 and 243) have upgrades including wireless heart rate monitoring, user profiles, color displays, iPod compatibility and wireless connections for fitness tracking. All Energy Series treadmills share the same steel frame, 3.0 horsepower, maintenance-free belt and power incline.

The data feedback are Calories, Distance, Time Elapsed, Time Remaining, Incline, Pace, Speed, Heart Rate and SmartRate® Zone. Metric and US Standard formats can be used.

SmartRate® Zone is a color-coded readout that helps you exercise within your target heart rate zone. It shows three exertion categories: Fat Burn, Cardio and Peak.
