Our Rating

Rating: 91/100. The Club Series+ By Life Fitness is not a bad machine, but for the price point it’s asking, you really could get so much more. The main drawbacks this machine has are big ones, which is why it ranked so low. It does not offer a continuous horsepower motor, which is almost a necessity for any commercial treadmill and a definite nice feature to have for even home use. Unless you are light user, you really can’t sacrifice having this.

Another drawback on this machine is the very short labor warranty. You’re only going to get one year labor, which really isn’t that much for a machine of this caliber. Most treadmills that are in this price point range will offer at least a few years, so if something goes wrong, you’re fully covered.

While you get a good warranty on electrical and mechanical parts, labor should really be higher.

On the plus side though, as far as the overall user experience goes, this treadmill is quite fantastic. The roomy feel it gives will be appealing to many as you exercise without feeling cramped in.

The advanced cushioning features also mean that it’s easy going on your joints and should help you continue your workout sessions without being in too much pain or discomfort.

All in all, it’s still a good treadmill, but there are others out there at this price point that simply deliver more.

Pros:

  • Comes with a fairly roomy deck, comfortable for most users
  • Has advanced cushioning features
  • Offers adjustable speed and incline buttons on the railings
  • Maintains a memory of the last 10 workout sessions you’ve completed
  • Offers a 10-year warranty on parts
  • Has wheels in the front for moving around
  • Comes with 11 built-in workout programs
  • Is Bluetooth Capable
  • Offers power incline up to 15%
  • Can reach a high speed of 12 mph
  • Has integrated heart rate monitoring capabilities
  • Offers a sleek design, sure to look good in any home gym
  • Creates a spacious feel as it gives off plenty of room around the upper body as you run

Cons:

  • Doesn’t have a continuous duty motor, so it may not be the best option for sessions that are longer lasting
  • The motor itself may be louder than other motors, so not ideal for exercising in a small home where you need quite
  • The warranty on labor isn’t so great at just one year

Introduction

The Club Series+ treadmill by Life Fitness is a sleek, cool design that gives the user a great experience as they go about their run. The treadmill makes it easy to track your workouts by giving you integrated heart rate monitoring as well as a recall of the last 10 workouts that you performed. This is perfect for anyone looking to see steady and continuous progress with their workout sessions.

Another benefit that make this machine a joy to use is the fact that the speed and incline controls are focused right where your hands rest, so you can easily press those as needed.

The treadmill also offers you a 0-15% incline, so is right on part with most other treadmills out there and will help you add more variety to your workout session while keeping you feeling challenged at the same time.

Well-built for all users, the Club Series+ treadmill is one that just about any user should feel comfortable running on. It offers a high weight limit capacity at 400 lbs., which helps guarantee that this treadmill can take whatever it is that you dish out to it.

Workout Programs

This treadmill comes complete with 10 built-in workout programs ready to go when you need them. These include manual, quick start, hill, random, time goal, distance goal, calories goal, heart rate goal, rolling hills, speed interval, and incline interval.

With all of these to choose from, the chances that you hit a point of boredom are just about slim to none. Because the treadmill also offers a maximum speed of 12 mph, this gives you even more freedom to enjoy doing whatever you need to on this treadmill to get the results that you desire.

Life Fitness Club Series+ Features

The key features of the Club Series+ are that it offers you a running experience that you can look forward to each and every workout. Because of its spacious design, you can move your arms more freely, which in turn will give you better performance and help you go harder longer.

Another feature many will enjoy is the workout reply, which helps you redo previous workouts and try and achieve a new personal best. This replay is especially helpful for anyone who is training for a particular event and needs to continue on in a training cycle that has them repeating certain sessions.

For instance, if you are doing half or full marathon training, you’ll need to repeat your hill repeats, long run, tempo run, and so forth over and over again. This treadmill makes that all possible.

Finally, another user experience feature that you’re guaranteed to love is the easy to reach controls, meaning you don’t have to move your upper body out of the pattern of movement to adjust the treadmill.

This means less energy is wasted and that’s more energy you can put forward into your run.

Warranty & Guarantee

The warranty on electrical and mechanical parts on this machine is very good at 10 years, which is a good industry standard. Where it tends to fall short a bit however is with the labor warranty, which lasts just a single year.

Conclusion

Overall, this treadmill is a great option for those who want something that looks great, has a sturdy build, and will be a comfortable ride for any user who takes it for a stroll. This treadmill is best suited to light use and may not stand up to a heavy gym environment, but if you have an elite health club with a few users who would run or walk on it per day, it should do just fine.

You’ll love how it seamlessly integrates with your upscale design and your users will thank you for saving their joints with its superior shock absorption abilities.
