Introduction

The Horizon Elite T9 leads an impressive home treadmill series. It’s the only Horizon treadmill to combine the durability of the Elite Series with a touchscreen and built-in Virtual Active workouts. Its immersive high definition video workouts through the Rocky Mountains and the scenic northeastern US can be shown on the 10″ touchscreen, with sights and sounds adjusting with your speed down the path… But it’s not all about flash. This treadmill also has sensible basics starting with a 2.75 CHP motor and three-zone track cushioning. Below are details about its workout programs and other features.

Workout Programs

The Horizon Elite T9 has 44 standard treadmill workout programs that control the track’s speed and incline. Its 10″ touchscreen shows nine readouts during workouts: Date, Time of Day, Time Elapsed, Distance, Laps, Calories, Speed, Incline and Pulse. Pulse can be measured with a wireless chest strap (included) or grip sensors on the handlebars.

The Elite T9 is also equipped with Virtual Active video workouts. (With other Horizon treadmills, using Virtual Active would require a separate $199 purchase.) These high definition videos create virtual reality experiences along scenic paths in the northeastern US and the Northern Rocky Mountains. Enjoy the high definition views and rich audio that respond to your workout intensity. Some other virtual destinations sold separately are Northern Italy, Paris and the American Southwest.

Horizon Fitness Elite T9 Features

The Elite T9 is Horizon’s only treadmill with a 10″ touch screen, which can show the high definition video workouts described above.

Music is often the secret to treadmill success, and the Horizon Elite T9 is iPod-compatible. It has an MP3 player port and a speaker system.

Watch your favorite programs, read blogs and check social media by bringing your tablet computer along. The Elite T9 has a secure holder for your tablet.

A big advantage of treadmill training is the smart cushioning. Cushioning for the Elite T9 has three zones just like a good running shoe does. This helps you get a better balance of firmness and support at every point in your stride.

To add challenge the Horizon Elite 7 has an automated incline with maximum 15 percent tilt. Use this feature to torch extra calories and isolate different muscle groups.

This treadmill also makes it convenient to keep hydrated thanks to its integrated water bottle holder.

A FeatherLight hydraulic system helps you easily fold the Horizon Elite T9 after workout time. With its deck folded vertically, this machine has a footprint of just 44″ x 36″.

The Horizon Elite T9 Treadmill warranty includes:

– Frame: Lifetime
