Workout Programs
Great workout variety is included for cardio training, weight loss, fitness testing and more. Trainees choose from Quick Start (manual mode), nine standard programs, a one-mile fitness test and the Gerkin protocol. The nine preset programs can be used at different challenge levels and include heart rate control.
Progress is shown on an LED display. It shows speed, incline, time elapsed, distance, calories, calories per hour, Watts, METs, pace and heart rate. The display can be used with 10 languages.
Cybex 625T Features

This system uses an advanced elastomer to support each step and provides cushion variation throughout the deck: The ride is softest at the landing point, firmer in the middle and firmest at toe-off.
