The Cybex 525T is high performance and feature-rich. Trainees can stroll or run at top speed on its 60″ x 20″ track, which is powered by a 5.0 HP motor. An automated incline with up to 15% tilt provides extra challenge and revs up calorie burn. For comfort Cybex treadmills all feature the IS3 Intelligent Suspension System, which has different cushioning zones inspired by the design of the best running shoes. Workout programs for weight loss and heart health are included (ten challenge levels each). Workout Programs
Nine workout programs are loaded into the console: Quick Start (manual mode), weight loss (4) and cardio (4). Workout programs have 10 levels each.
Workout feedback are time elapsed, calories, distance, pace, heart rate and heart rate range. Heart rate range is shown with multi-color lighting. For additional metrics, trainees can use the free Cybex FIT wireless app.
The console offers 10 languages for program navigation and feedback.
Cybex 525T Features
A performance highlight of the Cybex 525T is its power ramp. Walkers and runners can get extra cardio challenge, increase their fat burn and tone their muscles by training on an incline. The incline motor is commercial quality with 1,000 pounds of thrust. The rampl can be controlled automatically by workout programs, with console buttons, or with buttons built into the crossbar.
Heart rate monitoring is supported with wireless and contact receivers. The data can be used to control the treadmill’s speed and incline to help trainees stay in their intended heart rate zones.
