  • Gina July 14, 2019 at 10:05 pm
Hi is the fit in 10 program included in this?
    • FitRated July 16, 2019 at 3:00 pm
Hi Gina, the Fit in 10 program is available with a full subscription.

I have a subscription via Amazon but I’m unable to access the programs. It asks for my email and passwords. I did not set up an account and there’s no option to set up an account. I need to use the service or I would cancel. I like your classes but can’t access any.

Hi Cleo, from the Daily Burn website it indicates that you have to download the app from there. I'm not sure how the subscription would work off amazon so it may be best to call their customer service line directly if you have registered from a third party. This page will take you to their contact source: https://dailyburn.com/support

Just because you downloaded it on your Amazon device didn't mean you have an account. You would have to create an account with daily burn then log in to that account on your Amazon.

My problem is that there are a limited number of videos in each category, besides daily burn. There are only 6 yoga videos and that's it. You can have twenty programs but it gets boring when the videos don't change in each program. Not worth it.
    • Courtney Grafton March 27, 2019 at 3:36 pm
Hi Lauren, we are sorry to hear that you are no longer motivated by the limited number of videos. This program may be better suited for beginners who are looking for basic movements. We Hope you are able to find ways to make the videos more challenging or are able to share with a friend to get more value out of it.
