      I Wanted to give a update. I have been riding thebike with moving arms and since april of this year i have lost 56 pounds and i have gone from a 4x dress to a 2x . I feel Fanstastic!! I was 320 pounds and i am down to 264 in 6 months.. i PRAISE GOD!! These bikes are so good for the joints.

      Hi Lyone, the amount of calories burned is based on bodyweight and intensity of the workout. These kind of workouts can range anywhere from 350-600 calories depending on a person's size and the effort put in. We recommend using a heart rate monitor with machines that are compatible for the most accurate results.
