Introduction

The Spirit XE295 is designed by Dyaco, which also happens to produce Sole ellipticals.

Therefore, you may not recognize the name but you will recognize the production of Dyaco’s traditionally well-built pieces of exercise equipment.

The Spirit XE295 is no exception. The elliptical features Silent Magnetic resistance (with 20 individual levels), 20 inch stride length, heavy-duty 30 lb. flywheel as well as very durable frame with 400 lbs. max user weight.

The elliptical is of great value in the $1,500 to $2,000 price range.

Workout Programs

The Spirit XE295 offers 10 workout programs including a polar telemetry heart rate belt.

The pre-defined workout selection is satisfactory although for the price paid it would be nice to see additional compatibility to a new fitness program such as iFit Live.

One aspect we really like about the Spirit XE295 is the three-position angle adjustment oversized pedals.

The elliptical will adjust to your individual needs as well as incorporate the upper arms into the exercise.

Workout programs include: Fat Burn, Cardio, Strength, Interval, Hill, Manual & Heart Rate.

Spirit XE295 Features

If you have spent some time searching for the perfect elliptical you will notice that the Spirit XE295 took some time during the design process to offer a wide range of features.

Four concave wheels keep the motion of the elliptical smooth and fluid and the track design works well with the oversized pedals.

Most users will have more than enough options with 20 individual resistance levels as well as a long 20 inch stride length.

In terms of electronics, the Spirit XE295 features LCD display and mp3 input. Your tunes are playable back on the built-in speakers.

A cooling fan is always a nice plus, something that you’ll appreciate on the Spirit XE295.

It’s important to understand which muscle groups are gaining the most benefit during your workout. With the Spirit XE295 you will be using your glute, hamstring, quad, calf, pec and arm muscles that keep you informed with LED light indicators as you exercise.

Quickly adjust your resistance level or easily shift in-between workouts with quick controls built directly into the handlebars.

Warranty & Guarantee

The Spirit XE295 elliptical warranty and guarantee includes:

– Frame: Lifetime
– Braking System: Lifetime

Conclusion

The Spirit XE295 is well designed, produced and backed by an extraordinary warranty.
