Workout Programs
Workout programming is extensive on both consoles made for the Octane XT-One. The Smart Console features a touchscreen and has 21 preset workouts. The Standard Console has an LED screen and 23 preset workouts. With a wireless connection the workout programming available on each console is infinite; these can work with the SmartLink fitness app to deliver customized programming. SmartLink automatically stores user progress and can sync with social media or fitness apps for data sharing too. Also included on both consoles are Workout Boosters. These can be activated to add interval training to any workout.
The Smart Console has a 10″ glass touch screen. It has 21 main workouts, Workout Boosters to layer over any program, and video coaching for Cross Circuit training. This console is wi-fi enabled so trainees can get SmartLink workouts, browse the web or watch video while still seeing essential workout data.
The Standard Console has a large LED display. This console is powered by user energy so that no power cord is required. It has 23 built-in workouts. With a SmartLink connection the trainer can be used with an infinite variety of training programs.
One SmartLink feature is Cross Circuit video training. It guides trainees through more than 225 exercises and 35 workout plans. Narrowing the selection is easy; users indicate the muscle groups to target and a general workout goal to get a personalized list of options.
