Workout Programs

With the Horizon Elite E7 you can choose from a long menu of standard workouts or invest in high-definition video workouts that adjust to your workout pace.

For standard training 42 programs are built into the console. Each can control the elliptical’s resistance and incline. Session data are shown on an 8.5″ LCD with blue backlighting. The data fields are Heart Rate, Time, Speed, Distance, Calories, Resistance, Incline, Laps, Watts and RPM. These data can be exported for online sharing and advanced fitness tracking.

For HD video workouts the Elite E7 is Passport Ready. Passport videos show high definition footage of scenic destinations in North America and Europe.
