23.5 Hours per Day to be as Lazy as You Want

Lots of people talk about the dozens (or 100’s) of things we should all be┬ádoing to stay healthy, but sometimes it helps to look at the other side:

If a doctor told you it’s possible to live 5 years longer if you were completely lazy for 23.5 hours of every day, you’d probably be excited, right?
