Released in 2012, the Yowza Fitness Sebring is a trainer that has many of the same features as other treadmills produced by Yowza Fitness, but also offers Intelligent Weight Management (IWM). Intelligent Weight Management is a wireless weight scale that automatically transfers weight readings to the system and produces a personalized exercise program depending your needs.

Workout Programs
The Yowza Fitness Sebring features nine individual user memory slots which record user’s age, weight and fitness level as well as 16 pre-defined workout programs.
The workout programs are capable of controlling time, speed, and distance.
A weight loss program adjusts speed, incline and offers 12 different intensity levels.
Get the competition of a 5K run or walk with LEARN, which automatically records the changes made along the way and saves them into memory for future workouts.
A fitness test is also provided with optional Polar heart rate transmitter which adjust speed and incline to maintain optimal performance.
All exercise data is displayed on easy-to-read LED display.

The Yowza Sebring features a 3.0 CHP motor, 20″ x 55″ running surface, incline to 12 percent and speeds that reach 11 mph. Adjust speed and incline on the fly with quick controls conveniently located on the console.
Progressive Shock Absorption Deck rests on multi-durometer elastomer rings providing a soft landing surface in front with a firm surface to push off from in the rear.
Listen to music with an mp3 jack and built-in hi-fidelity speakers.
Pulse grips are located on the handlebars for quick heart rate readouts. Or switch to the polar heart rate monitor to get readouts wirelessly.
The triple phenolic laminated deck on the Yowza Sebring is reversible and requires no regular maintenance.
The Yowza Sebring folds, but is not the most compact unit at 185 lbs. The treadmill also doesn’t feature a cooling fan which would be a nice addition for the price paid.
