Introduction

The ProForm 380 CS is very affordable, one of the few treadmills that fits in the “Under $500″ category on FitRated.

Unfortunately, that price also means that you’ll get what you pay for.

Since the ProForm 380 CS only supports a 1.5 CHP motor, the user capability is pretty limited. However, the ProForm 380 CS is a great budget buy for walkers or beginning users looking for a quick workout.

The ProForm 380 CS is compact, equipped with all the necessary features and ideal for the the light, recreational user because the frame only supports a max user weight of 250 lbs. and the running surface is small (16″x 50”).

Workout Programs

The six preset workout programs are designed to lose weight and burn fat.

The programs takes the guessing out of your routine as the 380 CS automatically adjusts for speed and incline while you move along to the pre-determined speed and time settings.

Just press start and the treadmill will take care of the rest.

The ProForm 380 CS includes some useful features for a “budget treadmill”.

The LCD display tracks speed, distance, time, incline and burned calories, along with the and Dual-Grip EKG Heart-Rate monitor that will keep you informed on a change in heart rate.

As a bonus, the ProForm 380 CS also includes a music port designed for iPod or mp3 player compatibility. Simply plug your iPod or mp3 player into the Interplay Music Port and you’re ready to rock out while you work out.

Exercise longer with the CoolAire workout fan that is built into the console.

The Proform 380 CS does contain the necessary components with 0 to 10 percent incline and quick touch adjustment speeds that reach 10 mph.
