Workout Programs

The NordicTrack A2750 PRO has six more workouts compared to its sister, the A2250, offering 22 pre-defined workout programs.

The 22 workout programs break down as follows: 10 performance workouts, six weight loss workouts as well as six distance workouts (1 mile, 5K, 5 mile, 10K, 10 mile and half-marathon).

The treadmill is also compatible with iFit Live though you’ll need to purchase the wireless module and sign up for the paid membership (must have Internet access) in order to actually enjoy the program.
