The programming screen is a 6.5″ LCD with blue backlighting and scrolling alphanumeric messaging. It shows Time, Time of Day, Date, Calories, Distance, Steps, Heart Rate, Speed, Pace, Incline, Elevation Gained and Program Name. Management can specify metric or standard settings.

The TR7000i provides two ways to export exercise stats for long-term tracking. One option is saving treadmill workout data to a USB drive and uploading it to the LifeSpan Club. The second option is using Bluetooth to sync with mobile fitness apps such as MyFitnessPal and Up by Jawbone.
