Workout Programs

Twelve efficient bike workouts are built into the Precor RBK 835. Choose manual mode or one of the following programs: Basic Heart Rate, Cross Country, Custom Resistance, Fitness Test, Hill Climb, Interval (3), Random, Watts Control and Weight Loss. Also available is Quick Start, which keeps the challenge level constant unless you make adjustments during exercise.
