The Diamondback 510IC provides 14 workout programs.

Diamondback 510IC Features
The Diamondback 510IC is a studio/spinning exercise bike which presents a different ride and feel compared to a recumbent exercise bike.
Spinning bikes are considered more aggressive with a chain drive system that offers moderate to difficult resistance for users preferring a more intense workout.
Spinning bikes are not considered as comfortable as recumbent bikes however the Diamondback 510IC has received praise for its sturdy frame and quiet operation from satisfied customers.
The Diamondback 510IC features a heavy duty 32 lb. flywheel which adds to the overall sturdiness of the exercise bike. The flywheel is one of the biggest we’ve seen on an exercise bike of any type.
The anti-flex steel frame is backed with a limited lifetime warranty and should remain durable under months or even years of aggressive use.
16 levels of resistance is more than adequate and is controlled via a computer system. LCD display provides workout essential data including calories burned, speed, RPMs and more.
The fore/aft seat and handlebars are both adjustable. Max user weight is 300 lbs. so the studio bike will accommodate most users.
The Diamondback 510IC does not offer many electronic features so you’ll need an external source for playing music or cooling off as the bike does not feature mp3 compatibility or built-in cooling fan.
