Half are for boosting your athletic performance. Each workout was designed by a certified personal trainer, and it guides you by automating the elliptical machine’s resistance and incline.

Besides having the built-in programs, this elliptical is enabled for iFit. Dock your tablet computer and use an iFit membership to the fullest. Up to four users per subscription can download a new and personalized workout every day, virtually train with pro personal trainers on HD video, and get immersed in Google Maps™ workouts. Enter any Google Maps™ route, then download your trip. Your elliptical workout will include a Google Street View and a virtual feel of the landscape as the ProForm’s incline copies the route.
