Introduction

The front drive ProForm Endurance 920 E is its series’ top model and best value. For just $999 it provides ergonomic low-impact exercise for a wide range of ability levels, plus it supports the latest tech for workouts and surfing the web.

This is one of the rare ellipticals under $1000 that combines a 25-pound flywheel with a power-adjustable stride, automated incline and iFit-enabled touch screen with web browser. Its standard warranty isn’t bad either: Parts are protected for three years.

Read on for details about the 920 E’s workouts and other features.

Workout Programs

The Endurance 920 E arrives with preloaded workout programs and can download unlimited iFit workouts. iFit requires a subscription, with each subscription allowing four user profiles.

Preloaded are 32 workout programs. Each was designed by a pro trainer and can control the elliptical machine’s resistance and incline. Just choose a workout and press “Start” to start burning calories and improving your endurance. You can also control the elliptical’s resistance level and incline on your own, but these programs let you save time and ensure that workouts are well-designed.

To expand the options, use the 920 E with an iFit membership. Using the console’s 7″ touchscreen you can download three types of workouts: interactive Google Maps™ workouts (unlimited); customized personal training workouts (unlimited); and high-def video workouts featuring certified personal trainers (hundreds of choices).

Many trainees favor the iFit Google Maps™ workouts. These programs let you virtually experience any route worldwide both physically and visually. The 920 E will adjust its incline to mimic the Google Maps™ route, plus the display will show an ever-changing Google Street View as you train.

ProForm Endurance 920 E Features
