Features

The NordicTrack FS7i has a center drive elliptical design. Compared with a typical front drive elliptical, this style helps promote your balance and also keeps the machine’s footprint small.

The key feature is power-adjustable stride with a maximum setting of 32 inches. This lets the machine deliver the effects of a stairclimber, elliptical, and treadmill. It operates even more smoothly than traditional ellipticals  thanks to a “floating on air” belt system that replaces metal rails.

The control center is a 7-inch touch screen with full color. It shows iFit Coach high definition video workouts and interactive Google Maps workouts. It also has an Android web browser.

For audio the NordicTrack FS7i is compatible with iPod and has a plug-in connection for playing music through 2” speakers by Intermix Acoustics.

For accurate heart rate monitoring a wireless chest strap is included.

A water bottle holder is integrated with the trainer.

Conclusion

NordicTrack FreeStride Trainers are unlike any other elliptical machines because it offers so many combinations of stride length, incline, and flywheel resistance. They are also fun treadmill alternatives for runners and walkers interested in cross training (although at 38 inches the exercise is more glider-like than treadmill-like in terms of motion). For most shoppers the FS7i is the best value in the FreeStride lineup. FreeStride Trainers are unlike any other ellipticals. The FS7i is an appealing alternative for shoppers with cash to spare in exchange for versatility and high-tech features.

I’m impressed, I must say. Seldom do I encounter a blog that’s both equally educative and engaging, and let me tell you, you have hit the nail on the head. The issue is an issue that too few folks are speaking intelligently about. Now i'm very happy that I found this in my hunt for something regarding this.
